(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 26 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

2. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Sheng Defu Sent to Brainwashing Center

4. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Bing and His Wife Ms. Si Chunye Harassed
5. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Six Practitioners Arrested
6. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Hongmei Arrested
7. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Yuling and Ms. Kong Detained
8. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Mingxia Leaves Home
9. [Anlu City, Hubei Province] Ms. Kong Jiuhong Arrested
10. [Beijing] Three Practitioners Arrested
11. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Mingqin Arrested
1. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Li Jian Faces Trial
Mr. Li Jian was scheduled to be tried in the Fuxin County Court at 9 a.m. on November 1, 2023.
2. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Sheng Defu Sent to Brainwashing Center
Mr. Sheng Defu was taken from his home in Huangying Village, Zhengduozhuang Town by five officers on the morning of October 24, 2023. He has been held in a brainwashing center in Mengyin County since then.
3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Sun Jixia Arrested
Ms. Sun Jixia from Bin County was arrested by officers from the Shengli Street Police Station on the afternoon of October 19, 2023 for talking to people about Falun Gong on the street. She was released around 11 p.m.
4. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Bing and His Wife Ms. Si Chunye Harassed
Mr. Wang Bing and his wife Ms. Si Chunye have been harassed by people from the municipal and provincial political and legal affairs committees since October 26, 2023. They pressured the couple to sign the three statements. They refused. The couple were forcefully held by those people and their family members to press their fingerprints on the statements. Those people also tried to make Mr. Wang Bing say or write something against Falun Gong, which he firmly refused.
5. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Six Practitioners Arrested
Four practitioners from New District were arrested at home by officers from the Hebei Street Police Station on the morning of October 27, 2023. Ms. Liu Huiqing and Ms. Wang Xiulian were arrested at Ms. Liu Huiqing’s home. Mr. Yuan Enzhu and his wife were arrested at their own home. The four practitioners have been detained.
Ms. Lu from New District was arrested by officers from the Henan Police Station. Ms. Li from New District was arrested by officers from the Hebei Street Police Station. They were both released due to their poor health.
6. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Hongmei Arrested
Ms. Wang Hongmei from Yinan County was arrested on October 25, 2023. She has been detained in Linyi City.
7. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Yuling and Ms. Kong Detained
Ms. Liu Yuling and Ms. Kong were detained for 15 days.
8. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Mingxia Leaves Home
Ms. Li Mingxia left her home after learning that she and five other practitioners would be tried in court at 9 a.m. on October 26, 2023.
9. [Anlu City, Hubei Province] Ms. Kong Jiuhong Arrested
Ms. Kong Jiuhong was secretly arrested. Her family was not informed. The police broke the lock and ransacked her home. They confiscated her computer, printer and all her Falun Gong books.
10. [Beijing] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Li Ruiling, Zhao Fang and Ms. Yin Fengzhuo were arrested by officers from the Niulanshan Police Station in the Shunyi District on the morning of October 3, 2023. Zhao Fang and Ms. Yin Fengzhuo were released the next morning. Ms. Li Ruiling is held in the Shunyi District Detention Center.
11. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Mingqin Arrested
Ms. Zhang Mingqin from Huanggu District was arrested by officers from the Liaohe Police Station on October 28, 2023 when she distributed information about Falun Gong.
