Mr. Masahiko Kawai, the host of a local radio station, introduced the exhibition during his program. He said, “Organ harvesting and trafficking are absolutely not allowed. Where are people’s consciences? This is an opportunity for us to re-examine ourselves. I deeply feel that we must say no to things that should not be done.”

“Condemning These Inhumane Crimes Is the Responsibility of All of Us.”

Visitors slowly viewed each poster and carefully read the explanatory text.

One woman asked for more information about organ harvesting for profit. The staff told her that the victims were mainly Falun Dafa practitioners. They explained what Falun Dafa is, and how the CCP persecutes Falun Dafa including harvesting organs from practitioners while they are still alive. They said this crime is still going on. The lady was moved to tears and said, “This cruel persecution has lasted for 24 years, but I didn’t know anything about it. This is so heartbreaking! The media doesn’t report it.”

The staff told her that the poster exhibition was just one of the efforts to let more people know. The lady not only took materials about the CCP’s live organ harvesting before she left, she later returned to view the artworks again.

After they saw the poster exhibition, many people wrote down their reflections and took brochures. One person wrote: “The content expressed in the work is shocking and indescribably painful.” Another person wrote: “Please tell the world about these things, thank you very much!” One said: “Condemning these inhumane crimes is the responsibility of all of us.”

A medical-related event was held in the building during the poster exhibition. Because the exhibition was held on the first floor many people who work in the medical field saw the exhibition.
